Koichi has been in the general aviation leasing industry since 2009 and has lead more than US$250 million investment in aircraft leasing transactions in his career.
Koichi has studied business and economic science in US and Japan.

Haruna has engaged in asset management service and lease structuring service of commercial jets and general aviation aircraft at SBI Leasing Services before AER.

Daiki started his career with Nomura Securities where he has provided a wealth management service to his clients. After Nomura, he moved to a consulting firm and has provided a merger and acquisition solution to his clients for their future growth.
